1959 Lincoln Continental Mark IV Hard to find year. Iowa barn find Only 16000 Original Miles. Purchased this car two years ago with intentions of selling it. The car is in amazing condition for its age. Will make for a great starter for a restoration project or drive it like it is. The following work has been done by a local garage in preparation to sell. Fuel tank was dropped and refurbished rebuild carb new sparks and wires new ignition switch and battery new starter solenoid new wheel cylinders new fuel pump the brake booster was rebuild by the original Manufacture Bendix Treadlevac. Also replaced the spare front tire with a new matching bfg whitewall to match the others. This car came from California to Iowa in the early 70's and was garaged for 27 years. The engine was rebuilt in 1998 and was also painted that same year. The car was said to have no rust at the time of being painted and has very little to none at this time. This Lincoln Could use some minor electrical work to make all the bells and whistles work properly. I've personally only driven this care for about three miles. Runs and drives great. Sounds real good and tight. Under 1500 produced in 59'.
