Repainted six years ago in Tropical Turquoise and India Ivory over laser straight panels, this Bel Air's gleaming finish and proper stance looks impeccable. Two newly chromed bumpers, all new window glass and impeccable stainless steel trim underscores that presentation. The final finishing touch of class is a Continental tire kit accompanied by a pair of classic fender skirts, 14" steel wheels and spinner hub-caps shod with Coker Classic wide-white radial tires. The interior also received a complete makeover utilizing factory-correct black patterned cloth with Turquoise vinyl trim and contrasting silver piping. Some very subtle but welcome upgrades were added to the mix, including a tilt-steering column, power rack and pinion steering and aftermarket air conditioning. The real beauty however resides underneath its hood; a shiny new 225 horsepower GM Goodwrench 350 engine, topped off with an Edelbrock four barrel carb, stock exhaust manifolds and a factory air cleaner housing to maintain most of its original under hood look.
