Over the top iconic '57 Mercury 2 door. Finished in Moonmist Yellow and Classic White. For 1957, Mecury totally restyled its line up. The fullsize Mercury was redesigned for 1957 and grew considerably larger as well, riding on an exclusive 122 in wheelbase. A new frame design allowed a lower floor which made the car look lower and longer. In addition to its unique features, it came standard with an automatic transmission and a powerful V8. Safety features such as an impact absorbing, deep-dish steering wheel and safety door locks were standard. Motor Trend gave high marks for fuel economy (14.6mpg at 60mph) and comfort. Features push button transmission and continental kit, this survivor has a clean engine compartment, rust-free undercarriage and a recently restored interior in yellow/orange and white vinyl.
