This 1986 Porsche Carrera Targa is finished in Guards Red with special order Champagne leather sport seats. A California car, it has no rust or corrosion. Originally this 911 had a MSRP $41,872. Always meticulously maintained to the highest standards, it recently had a top end rebuild. It also had a recent clutch replacement in 2012. This car runs and drives as it should. It"s tight, smooth, fast, and shifts beautifully. Factory Options include: Heated Seat Left Heated Seat Right Central Locking Electric Sport Seats Forged Alloy Wheels CD Shelf Center Console Cruise Control Sport Shocks Alarm System The paint is believed to be all original. It has a consistent, excellent finish and the body is extremely straight. It"s fit and finish is excellent and everything fits as it should. This Carrera is unmolested and original with the exception of the radio. A modern Blaupunkt has been installed. The original radio does come with the car. The condition of the car clearly reflects the care and that it has been owned by a Porsche enthusiast. Interior is in excellent condition. There are no cracks in the dash and no warping. The doors panels are beautiful and there are no cracks on the tops of the doors and the door pockets line up perfectly. Upon opening the door, it is truly impressive inside. Everything in this 911 operates as it should. All of the gauges are perfectly clear. The clock works and is accurate. Even the Air Conditioning is cold and the fan blows hard. The carpeting is excellent and looks like new. The floormats of course show some wear but are easily replaced at the new owners discression. The Targa top is also equally impressive. The headliner is perfect, no sagging and has the correct lines in it. The outer skin of the Targa top is also excellent. It"s one of the finest we have ever seen. Targa headliner. Leather is not dried. As expected, matching tires front and rear are installed. The factory Fuchs"s with painted center caps are close to perfect. Overall, this is an excellent example of a classic 3.2 liter Targa in stock condition. It comes with original books, keys, radio, Targa tools, Floormats, Spare tire, tools, and extensive service records. As expected, this Porsche has a clean fax.
