Under the hood you will find the original numbers matching 389 CID V8 2BBL engine and Turbo Hydramatic transmission. The 389 V8s received a number of revisions including thinner wall block castings. The standard engine for Catalina models was the 389 two-barrel rated at 256 horsepower. Other options include: AM/FM Radio Automatic Convertible Top Vinyl Interior Radial Tires and 8-Lug Wheels.
