This 1951 Ford F1 Pickup Truck is for sale in our Louisville Kentucky showroom. Ford"??s F series pickup truck is the longest running most popular in the world. This beautiful Raspberry Red Ford F1 is a cool custom truck with modern drive train reliability. This old Ford has been upgraded to modern specs using Chevy power. Chevrolet engines have found their way into old Fords for years because they are plentiful cost effective and are supported by several aftermarket companies for go fast parts. This F1 Ford Pick Up is now powered by a 350 SBC mated to a 350 Turbo Hydramatic transmission. Power brakes have been added to help slow this truck back down as fast as it gets up to speed. The interior has been tastefully done in a gray cloth bucket seats with console and gray carpet. An AM/FM stereo with CD player has been installed in the console for your listening enjoyment. A set of aftermarket gauges have been installed to keep track of everything with a tilt steering wheel installed for ease of entrance and exiting. To keep the occupants cool while cruising a Vintage AC system has been installed. The bed of the truck is wood and has been finished to match the rest of this awesome machine.
