This 1949 GMC 102-22 Ton Pickup LWB (Stock # B8162) is available in our Benicia, CA showroom and any inquiries may be directed to us at or via email at . Beautiful 1949 GMC Ton Pickup New to our Benicia showroom is this 1949 GMC 102-22 Ton long wheelbase Pickup with bright red paint and a tan cloth interior. This gorgeous show-quality pickup features a fuel injected Ramjet 350 CI V-8 engine under the hood with a 4L60E automatic transmission, a Mustang II front end, a Ford 9 rear end, a beautiful hardwood bed and so much more. For more information on the build, please click the enclosed link to see the feature article that was written about this beauty in Custom Classic Trucks magazine. Frame-Off Restoration w/ Plenty of Extras Unfortunately, the owner of this beautiful 1949 GMC 102-22 pickup is no longer with us, but he poured his heart and soul into this classic ride before departing the Earth. It underwent a complete frame-off restoration several years ago, yet it has been so well maintained that youd almost think that this was a fresh build. The show-quality paint, the interior, the engine compartment and the hardwood bed are in fantastic condition, and the full powder coating underneath still looks excellent as well. Only the slightest of blemishes are visible anywhere. Mechanically, it is obvious that this 1949 GMC 102-22 pickup was definitely built to drive. The current owners father (who was mentioned in the Custom Classic Trucks article) racked up over 36,000 miles driving cross-country in this impressive classic and he had multiple offers at almost every show it competed in. It is very smooth out on the open road with enough horsepower to surprise you, and the long wheelbase makes this beauty feel like its gliding. A Sensational Show Truck Overall, this 1949 GMC 102-22 Ton Pickup is in tremendous shape and it is priced well below fair market value for a vehicle of this caliber. You absolutely must see this gorgeous truck in person to truly appreciate the level of quality of this build- its one of the nicer examples that weve seen in quite some time. For more information about this vehicle, visit our Benicia, California showroom, give us a call, or email us at . Be sure to mention Stock # B8162 as well. The information presented for this vehicle is deemed reliable, but is not guaranteed as a basis of purchase. The Buyer should make a thorough, independent inspection and investigation of the vehicle prior to purchase. Price: $44,990
