This great car has received one exterior paint job done in its factory code “77' Maroon. The paint shines very well and is in excellent condition. This Z28s undercarriage is extremely original, with solid and clean floorpans. This Z28s automatic transmission sends power to an original 10 bolt Positraction G80 rear end with performance a oriented gear ratio. Up front, a factory power steering system combines with the factory power front disc brakes to provide the stopping performance. Everything under this car looks very solid. It still retains most of its original exhaust system including the GM mufflers and tail pipes. The interior of this car is like taking a time machine back to 1981. The Camel cloth seats are near perfect. The original carpet is in excellent condition. It is topped by original GM factory color keyed floor mats. The headliner is in excellent condition. The console houses a shifter that is topped with an awesome original shift knob, all in excellent condition. The dash and dash bezel is in very nice condition as well. An aftermarket “period correct' Pioneer cassette tape deck is intact. The door panels are in excellent condition. The steering wheel looks perfect and it is not sticky like many of the Z28 “rope' steering wheels are. Behind the rear seats, you"ll find an original trunk that is rust free and in good shape retaining jack tools and a stowaway spare tire. The engine bay is very clean and very original. The engine runs strong and has a very nice muscle car rumble. This is a very nice example and a well preserved 1981 Camaro Z28.
