1970 Plymouth GTX for sale in our Louisville showroom. This beautiful documented one owner GTX is powered by its original numbers matching 440 Super Commando V-8 hooked to the original numbers matching 727 Torqueflite automatic transmission. Putting the power to the ground is an 8-3/4in sure grip rear end holding 3.23 gears. This GTX has recently undergone a full restoration using as many original parts as possible and looks as good as or better than new. The documentation on this 1970 GTX is extensive with the original build sheet window sticker bill of sale pre delivery inspection and invoice for the addition of power steering. To say this car is a rare find may be an understatement. The restoration on this car was extensive; it included disassembling the car and replacing reworking or refurbishing nearly every piece. The body was sanded down then a high quality paint job in burnt orange was sprayed over the reworked body. At the same time the 440 engine and transmission were fully rebuilt. The interior is fitted with new upholstery in the original color.
