For sale by ownerSeller Robert Holden Jr, car is located in WI1979 Malibu 9C1. Due to my age (66 yrs) I'm getting too old to handle this car. It has over 500 Lbs Ft of torque. The "G" machine, I built it to rule the two lane black tops and it does. When you jump on it at 55 MPH it down shifts to second gear and carries you to 100 MPH (6400 RPM and shifts into third in under 6 seconds. I ordered this car 33 Years ago. A 9C1 (1-1/4" front & 7/8" rear anti sway bars, think of it as an SS car) is a police car (Very Rare 2 door). SB 406 (new 05), TH350 (new 06) programmed to shift @ 6400 RPM at wide open throttle and light and easy at part throttle. Coleman aluminum drive shaft, 3:43 Buick turbo 8 1/2" diff, Auburn pro carrier, w/Strange axles (new 11) Global West lower rear control arms & front upper A arms w/11" Power Slot rotors & Wilwood GM III calipers PB, Air-Con, PS (Momo JPS steering wheel optional), leather Recaros (fresh interior 09), Hookers 2.5 stainless, w/Flowmaster, AFR heads, JE pistons w/ceramic crowns and dry film lubricant on the skirts, Callies crank, MSD, Comp cams, all the best. This may be the nicest original 9C1 Malibu you can fine, the body is very nice NO rust ever and the med bronze paint is original. Most of the original parts are included. This is a driver built to experience G force that translates into smiles., Possibly a spare, 400" SB, a second Coleman aluminum drive shaft, cross member, a Derale cool pan and Holley TVC bell crank for a 700 R4 installation., Did I mention that this car auto crosses very well considering it has a stock full frame. The Global West arms, KYB shocks, Eibach springs and Wilwood brakes make this a serious automobile., 0-60 MPH under 5 sec, mid 12 sec quarters thru the mufflers., Receipts for $37000.00 Price: $21,000
