1940 FORD PICKUP $29,995.00 This is a pretty Hot looking Pick-up truck and one of the all time favourite Fords to Hot Rod. This is an all steel body pick-up, which has suicide doors and full forward tilting hood and grill. It has a remote keyless entry system. The body is un-chopped with new glass fitted, the windshield being a V-butt style. The door handles have been shaved and the cowl vent is operational. The pick-up box and tailgate were replaced with new ones and it has Bruce Horkey Ash Bed. The firewall is smooth and recessed. It has "39 Tail lights and the front turn signals are in the headlights. Fuel is accessed through a billet fuel door in the bed. Power is from a Chevrolet 350 V8 going through a Turbo 350 transmission and a 10 bolt rear end. It has a Lokar shifter, tilt wheel and VDO gauges mounted in a Billet back plate. The carburetor is an Edelbrock mounted on an Edelbrock intake manifold. It has a Camaro front clip with disc brakes and power assistance, power steering and a boxed original frame. Wheels are Chrome with Chrome Moon Caps and B.F. Goodrich 215x60x15 front tyres and 255x60x15 rears. Cooling is through a Cal West Custom radiator and an electric fan. Flowmaster mufflers with headers and chrome tips give it a really nice sound. We are calling it a 1940 because that"s what it looks like, although as with a lot of these old cars, the title says different and calls it a 1942. Finished in Viper Red with a great Flame job and a Black interior. For more photos go to: wwwcarsclassic.com Price: $29,995
