1938 Buick Special Coupe This superb automobile has been lovingly cared for since original purchased on May 5, 1938 from Hudson Buick Co. Inc in Hudson N.Y. A beautiful mohair upholstery with rear jump seats adorn this unique car, some options included are a radio and clock (both working), banjo steering wheel, signal lights, Buick Master heater, amber driving lights and dual side mounted spares. The famous Dynaflash straight 8 engine and 3-speed floor shifted manual transmission perform without hesitation, having only travelled 52,750 miles since new. It has had one repaint done in lacquer in the original color many years ago. Otherwise this car is solid, dry and rust free. All the chrome including the bumpers, all the stainless trim, glass and weatherstrip are in fabulous condition considering their age. Rolling on Coker Classic 6.50-15 wide white wall tires it also has a trunk mounted spare with original jack and tools.
