Offered here is a 7 year restoration of a 1972 911T that has been converted over to a 911 RSR tribute with the only remaining '72 components being the one year only oil filler cap on passenger side rear quarter panel and the original '72 body. From there the car was taken down to the bear metal and sandblasted as well as grinded to insure a smooth and clean start. Car then had RSR flares tig welded and professionally installed and grinded down to perfection. Vehicle was painted in Mexico Blue from top to bottom and done in a 14 stage process with proper wet sanding and polishing in between coats. There is no bondo in this car any filler was done with PURE TIN. The unique aspect of this car was that along with the upgraded IROC bumpers, RSR wheel flares, Sport Seats and monster wheel well openings, this car received an engine and transplant from an '87 Carrera which gives it the coveted G50 transmission and the powerful 3.2L 6Cylinder. Vehicle has a great sound and the looks are like no other car on the road. Further upgrades include; aero mirrors, RSR spoiler, Corbeau sport seats, Turbo tie rods, all new oil lines, new Porsche emblem, upgraded flywheel, RSR door panels and carpet kit, FabSpeed dual exhaust with stainless steel mufflers, Carrera calipers, updated fuel pump, new fuel tank, 17in 3 piece Speedline wheels, coil over suspension with adjustments, and sooooo much more. This is a perfect example of a car that had an open checkbook that you can take advantage of someone else's loss. Receipts and documentation exceed $95,000 on this project and only has more opportunities for the next owner. Car has been aligned, corner balanced and setup to perfection. Install a roll cage and some additional components and you have a great vintage racer or enjoy as is for the ultimate 911 experience. Speed, power, lightweight â€" this is the one!
