The Pontiac GTO is considered by many as the pioneer of the muscle car. In 1964, Pontiac came up with this simple formula: take a large, high performance engine and place it into the smallest body offered at the time. This basic formula was soon copied by every American auto manufacturer igniting the ''Horsepower Wars'' that dominated the 60's. Pontiac's rich competition history was revered by many and fueled the ''Pontiac Performance'' campaign as well as generating GTO sales around the country. In 1969, ''The Judge'' performance and appearance package took the GTO to a new level. The Ram Air Performance and the not so subtle graphic's gave performance that people could hear, feel and see. The 1969 Pontiac GTO Judge Tribute offered here has been the recipient of a full, ground up style restoration completed in 2012. The car is finished in its original color combination of Liberty Blue over black interior. The car is powered by a healthy 400 CID V8, Fed by functional Ram Air. According to the PHS, the car came delivered with the following options: 4-speed transmission, Safe-t-track, Push button radio, console, Power steering, S / R Glass, Head restraints, and Floor mats. At the time of restoration, a Ram Air intake was installed, along with the functional hood tach, polished Edlebrock intake, power brakes, polished alternator, traction bars, and the Judge appearance packaged. Documentation includes: PHS documents, owners manual, original Pontiac Literature, Warranty Protection pamphlet, and parts receipts. This GTO is sure to deliver the performance demanded by muscle car enthusiasts. To see over 80 photos of this car, including under carriage please visit our website Price: $49,900
