1974 BMW 2002Tii The 2002 Tii was created from the desire of two prominent executives from BMW to put a 2 liter engine in their 1600 series cars. At the same time, American importer Max Hoffman was asking BMW for a sporting version of the 02 series that could be sold in the United States. What eventually happened was the birth of the 130hp 2002 Tii. This was a car that was equipped with a fuel injected 2 liter engine. The 2002 Tii has become a welcome addition at race venues all over the United States and Europe. The car that we are presenting is at home both on the road, as well as being enjoyed at a track day. This car has gone through a partial restoration, as well as a number of upgrades, making this car an excellent daily driver as well as a sporting machine.
