Many consider the 67 models to be the pinnacle of the classic Corvette era. Some consider the 67 model year the best design for Corvette all time. The 400hp 427 tri-power engine was the highest performance offered with the pulley options including power steering and air conditioning. As technology in current model cars improves, we have all begun to take for granted the luxury options that have become standard equipment. Because of this, many collectors and enthusiasts require their classic cars to have the bare minimum of air conditioning and with a big block, most need to have power steering. The high horsepower engine configurations in most production cars of this era did not come with these luxury options making this pristine Corvette extremely rare and desirable. This particular Corvette has had a high quality and very expensive frame-off restoration in the recent past. Every nut, screw, bolt, washer, cotter pin, etc. is new along with every part either replaced with factory OEM, reproduction or refurbished original part.
