Chequered Flag International Inc is pleased to offer this 1960 Austin Healey 3000 MK I BN7 2 seat in Dark Green with Cream coves and Green leather piped in Grey. Very early MK I built in March '59 - badged as a 100/6 Same owner for 30 years and restored 14 years ago, tastefully modifying it to make it the ultimate driver. Original engine (29D-RU-H/474) has been ompletely rebuilt, balanced and blueprinted with Ross forged pistons, Mallory unilite distributor, MSD ignition, lightened flywheel, high flow oil pump, 3.54 gears, triple webers, Denis Welsh headers, gear reduction starter, alternator, aluminum radiator, stainless exhaust, etc. Flow tested and dyno tuned. Superb rust free body and underside with excellent paint. The bumpers were removed during the restoration, they have not been rechromed but do come with the car. Very high quality interior with leather seats, wool carpets, canvas top and tonneau. Also has its side curtains. Comes with its Heritage certificate. The 2 seat is a rare incarnation of the big Healey and this one has been very tastefully done at great expense - I sincerely believe you coudn't get close to the price buying an average one and making it anywhere near this good.
