Here we have a beautifully restored 1965 Ford Mustang convertible that is ready to drop the top and cruise. The body on this convertible is super solid and straight and the new red paint looks great with a high gloss finish. All chrome and glass look great as well. The new red and white pony interior will take your breath away along with an all new dash pad door panels carpet and chrome hardware. Anew more desirable 66 model gauge cluster was also installed in the dash and the new black power top works great with an excellent fit. The power plant for this convertible is a freshly rebuilt 302 V8 topped with an edelbrock 4 bbl carb. This mustang is an original "A" code car but the 289 has been replaced with a later model 302. The transmission is a C4 automatic that shifts great with no problems. The 302 fires right up every time with no smoke or hesitation and idles smooth. This mustang is also equipped with power steering and power brakes. New 15" GT style wheels have been added with a new set of BFGoodrich tires which looks really nice on the car. The gorgeous convertible drives excellent on the road with a tight and responsive feel to it and is a real head turner wherever it goes. Just in time for spring .. Price: $39,995
