With Single Family Ownership from New 1959 Alfa Romeo Giulietta 750F Spider Veloce Chassis No. AR1495F06699 Engine No. AR1315*32567* * Verified by Alfa Romeo Automobilismo Storico Centro Documentazione * Exceptional original Documentation and Records * Complete Numbers-Matching and with All Body Stampings * Correct and Beautifully Preserved example with Limited Ownership * Incredible Documentation File Including the Original Bill of Sale * The Most Desirable 750F Variant * Presented in its Original Livery * Offered With Tools, Jack & Accessories Offered and displayed publicly for the first time in 55 years, this exceptional Giulietta Spider Veloce is a prime example of what discerning collectors seek for in a collector quality automobile. According to Marco Fazio the director of the Alfa Romeo Automobilismo Storico Centro Documentazione, chassis number AR1495F06699 and engine number AR1315.32567 originally correspond to an Alfa Romeo Giulietta Spider Veloce, manufactured on the 6th May 1959 and sold on the 25th May 1959 in New Orleans, Louisiana, USA - Body color black. Purchased new by Tommaso Bottinelli of New Orleans, the Alfa Romeo served Mr. Bottinelli for many years until the car was inherited by his daughter Mrs. Kuntz. Mr. and Mrs. Kuntz of fellow New Orleans residence would care after and enjoy the beautiful little Spider until September of 1998, when ownership was transferred to Mrs. Segal of North Carolina, Doris' sister. Again, regular maintenance, preservation and enjoyment were carried through by the Segal family until 2014, when we were fortunate to acquire this exceptional Giulietta. Wearing correct Black over Red Leather livery, the 750 F series Giulietta Spider presented and further verified by original Declaration of sale, Certificate of Origin and Build Sheet, comes furnished with its original numbers-matching mechanicals, sheet metal and factory body number stampings. Original ownership transfer documents and incredibly rare factory paper registration tag assigned to *06699 supplement the factory purchase duplicates. Fit and finishes are very consistent throughout the vehicle with older but very presentable glossy paint, bright chrome, Michelin MX tires mounted on vented steel wheels and original windshield with Veloce instructional sticker affixed. The interior compliments with black piped seating, red door panels, mats and carpeting - a factory radio-delete plate remains. Both luggage and engine compartments are very clean and orderly, while the rear contains correct rubber mat, jack, crank and tool roll. The undercarriage shows signs of small floorpan repairs, with original sheetmetal throughout and visible rocker spotwelds along both sides. In recent years, Engine No. 32567 received a complete rebuild with minor cam and cooling system upgrades for spirited drivability - all original equipment accompany the sale. Additionally, the Veloce is fitted the original airbox and plenum, Weber 40 DCOE carburetors, Bosch generator and coil. All electrical items are working properly including lights, gauges, horn, radio, and wipers, while the mechanical aspects are on key with the tight feel and peppiness that these cars are known for. Here is very honest Giulietta Veloce Spider with very limited ownership and bulletproof documentation, ideal for further enjoyment and collectability. These cars are nimble to drive, beautiful to look at and offer an entry into many events and tours throughout the world where this particular example will surely be highly regarded.
