This 1964 Mercury Parklane Marauder four door hardtop (Stock # B8052) is available in our Benicia, CA showroom and any inquiries may be directed to us at or via email at . Exceedingly Rare Samoan Corral 64 Marauder Up for sale today in our Benicia showroom is a 1964 Mercury Parklane Marauder four door hardtop with desirable Samoan Coral Pink (Bittersweet) paint and a white interior. It has a powerful 390 CI V-8 engine under the hood with a 4 BBL carburetor and a Merc-O-Matic automatic transmission, plus new tires and fresh belts/gaskets throughout. This 64 Marauder also has factory power steering, power windows, swing away steering and factory stereosonic sound. The current owner also added two 6x9 speakers in the trunk, but opted against installing a modern stereo since he did not want to alter the factory panels. Powerful 390 CI Engine & Merc-O-Matic Transmission This 1964 Mercury Parklane Marauder does show its age to some degree with minor flaws in the exterior paint. The interior is very clean overall though with the factory dash still in place all the way across. It also has new upholstery in the front and new carpeting throughout, plus the door panels have been restored. Additionally, the trunk has been completely restored as well and it has been repainted under the hood as well. More importantly, it drives exceptionally well with great acceleration and impressive handling for a larger vehicle. The motor was rebuilt about 15 years ago and then placed in storage, so it has very little overall wear on it. Another thing of interest to collectors is that this vehicle was originally sold with the Sports Package, which was the only way to acquire the Bittersweet paint and the white interior. They were not available on any of the other models. The sale of this1964 Mercury Parklane Marauder also includes two extra painted rims, two Hula Girls (which were used in numerous shows), numerous spare parts and some of the original literature. Nice Collectible Classic at a Great Price Overall, this rare 1964 Mercury Parklane Marauder is in very nice condition and priced well below market value for a quick sale. Dont let this one slip away because finding an original model with a factory Samoan Coral paint code is near impossible these days. For more information about this vehicle, visit our Benicia, California showroom, give us a call, or email us at . Be sure to mention stock # B8052 as well. The information presented for this vehicle is deemed reliable, but is not guaranteed as a basis of purchase. The Buyer should make a thorough, independent inspection and investigation of the vehicle prior to purchase. Price: $15,990
