This powerful Model 48 Locomobile touring car came from California collector Mike Giddens. The engine and transmission were rebuilt in CA by Quality Machine Shop in San Jose. The engine runs like a fine watch. The car rides well with lots of power. Brakes are rebuilt and solid. Steering perfect. This is the car to take on long hilly tours. It could tow a Rolls-Royce. Oil pressure system rebuilt, lots of pressure. Tires basically new. The interior is original leather. The back seat is fine, front seat a bit tattered but usable. All lights, horn, electrics work. Six volt system. Only item missing is speedometer cable. Speedometer gear takeoff there and rebuilt. Just missing the cable. Paint is good. Complete glass side covers come with the car so you can make it into an enclosed car for all weather touring. Have good title with the car. Price: $105,000
