Price: $89,900.00, Stock #: 10001, Rebuilt 265ci V8 Power Pack 4-Bbl Carb, Rebuilt Automatic Transmission, 52257 N/A Miles, Complete Restoration, Exterior Color: Turq/white, Interior Color: Turq/white, Exterior/Interior Condition: Excellent,, This beautifully restored 1955 Bel Air convertible presents in its original color scheme, packs a 265 cubic inch V8, and has been restored to #1 condition throughout. Regal Turquoise over India Ivory looks stunning on the convertible body style, and is instantly recognizable as an artifact from the colorful ‘50s. The paint and bodywork are first-rate, with beautiful metalwork leaving no trace of any repairs or previous damage, and it's unlikely that any new 1955 Chevrolet was as well-assembled as this one is. This is a seriously nice car., Under the hood, you'll find the 265 cubic inch V8, which was revolutionary in 1955. Fully rebuilt to stock specifications, it runs beautifully with just a whisper from the twin tailpipes at idle, but a healthy V8 bark at speed. Bathed in correct Chevrolet Orange, with the Chevrolet script on the valve covers highlighted in silver, it is ready to show. Hoses and clamps are reproductions that duplicate the originals right down to the GM stamps., The interior is every bit as nice as the body, with fresh upholstery, a refinished dash, and excellent maintenance. The original AM radio has been rebuilt and has that sound that only a tube-type radio can deliver, and the clock ahead of the passenger ticks reliably. Overhead, a beautifully fitted white vinyl top folds easily into its well, where it's covered by a white vinyl boot., $89,900 obo
