As part of the restoration, the car was painted a beautiful shade of Performance Red. The paint on this car is gorgeous. The body on this Mustang has not a single ripple, wave, dent, ding or imperfection. The paint is like glass and shines beautifully. The underside of the hood and the trunk are both properly refinished as well. All of the stainless trim on this Mustang is beautiful., Present under the long 1973 Mustang hood is the 351 Windsor which creates some serious horsepower. This Mustang does not have posi. The undercarriage on this Mustang is very original. There are no patches in the floorboards or rockers, they look great. There is one small patch on the driver side frame rail, which ws done beautifully. There is a newer gas tank with a new sending unit. New air shocks on the rear wheels, new traction bars and Glass Pack mufflers can also be seen underneath. This Mach 1 has new steering parts, and she drives beautifully. To finish off this stunning car are four Magnum 500 wheels., The interior of this Mustang is just as nice as the rest of the car. A beautiful black interior looks classic paired with the red paint. Between the steering wheel and the original gauges, sits a column mounted Sun Super Tach II. There is a Sony AM/FM cassette player in the center of the dash, in front of the B&M shifter. The back seat is not a fold down, but does have seatbelts.
