Every Early Bronco we get seems to have its own distinct personality -- from lifted Broncos with mud tires and loud exhaust to uncut factory-correct restorations, we've seen (and loved) them all. Every Bronco we take in is nice by any objective measure -- some are incredibly well-crafted restorations while some are merely good., Cosmetically, this one is good to very good, but in terms of its driving characteristics, it's the best one we've ever seen. It's certainly the fastest one I've driven, with a four-barrel Holley atop the intake -- and stainless steel headers which really let that V-8 breathe. The exhaust note sounds incredible without being too loud. A crate 302 paired with a shift kitted C4 automatic transmission and 410 gears means this Bronco has no problem barking the tires when it hits second gear., Later in production, Ford kept upgrading and modernizing these Early Broncos -- by the time this 1975 rolled off the line, you could get power steering, front disc brakes, dual fuel tanks and factory electronic ignition. Even from the factory, this Bronco paired classic style with modern conveniences., This truck's long-term owner was a service technician at a Ford dealership in New Mexico, who clearly treated her well. She even has a Motorcraft battery under the hood. The dry desert climate definitely helped preserve this one -- the floor pans are original and rust-free., This example is wearing a recent respray in its original Code Z "Hot Ginger Metallic" -- some would say it's the color of a copper penny. With a Wimbledon White top, grille, fender flares, and rocker panels, she is definitely a head turner. She's riding on newer Michelin tires with plenty of tread left -- on correct steel wheels and hubcaps, of course., Inside the cab, the seats have been recently recovered in correct black vinyl, and there's also a recent carpet kit that both looks good and cuts down on road noise. All gauges and gauge lights work perfectly, and there is an in-dash CD player and stereo with aux inputs. Speakers are hidden behind the carpet in the rear quarters. This truck also sports a steering wheel from an earlier Bronco (by 1975, Ford had moved to a new wheel similar to the pickup trucks of that era, which we never have liked)., Under the removable hard top is a rare factory headliner that really dresses things up (this truck has the Ranger package), and also a roll bar so you can safely drive without the top., If you are interested in learning more about this great looking and great driving Early Bronco, give us a call at ., $20,995
