The Classic Car Gallery is proud to offer this 1951 Tin Woody “RESTO-MOD'. No expense has been spared on the build of this car. Built with the goal of being a modern daily driver, the goal was met in dramatic fashion. The car has power everything!!! Power steering, power seats, power door locks, power windows, full Air Conditioning!!! She maintains the look and feel of a 51, while also giving the convenience and reliability of a modern 21st century car. She received a body off rotisserie restoration and is stunning from every angle. The Candy Apple Red paint is excellent, with deep shine and great luster. The underside of the car is fully detailed, and is as nice as the topsides. The chrome is show quality. This theme is followed with the interior, which features some of the finest leatherwork we have ever seen. The power two-toned leather seats are spacious and comfortable, as is the folding rear bench seat. She has an alcantara headliner, which is nicely complimented by period correct wood throughout the interior. Modern touches abound, including machined vents, tilt steering wheel, and a modern CD/iPod compatible stereo. The car has been fully upgraded with mechanical components. She runs a Chevrolet 350ci/330 hp crate motor with headers, Edelbrock carburetor and dual side exhaust. She takes her drive through a GM 700r4 automatic overdrive transmission, and a Camaro rear end. A 4-core aluminum radiator keeps things cool, even on the hottest days. She has a Mustang II front end, with disc brakes at all four corners. The build was done approx 3 years ago, and remains in wonderful condition. She drives as well as she looks, and is ready to enjoy.,, $57,900 ,, Advertiser Since 2006
