1967 Pontiac Firebird - First year production, Please call Mike @ with ANY questions, General Info: Paint is Bright Red to medium red depending on lighting. Doors, hood, trunk have great alignment and work perfectly! Small dent on passenger's rear quarter behind tire and a scrape above driver's rear tire - see images and video. Overall in above-average driver condition. Paint is glossy and smooth! Interior is all new as of rebuild in 2008. No tears. Headliner is great. Glass is clean and above average, Chrome trim and bumpers are perfect for age - no rust, dents or dings. Carpet is faded and new carpet is ready to install and goes with the car. No time to install. A very solid good running car. No patch panels under car. Trunk is solid and no rust - now insulated, foiled and carpeted - see image. Fuel gauge works, Speedo works, but is not accurate due to tire size change from 14" to 17" - GPS installed to monitor correct speed. Instrument lights work - left turn signal dash indicator not working - needs bulb. Turn signals work - 4 way flashers work., I have provided 98 images and several videos to demonstrate the car. It rides great in city and on the highway as demonstrated in the videos. It runs straight and has NO pull, shimmies or shakes. I can't emphasize how nice this car is for a 45 year old car. It is not a show car with show paint, but if you like Muscle Cars that have Power and Sound... this is an exceptional vehicle., I am selling, since I purchased a 700+ HP supercharged Firebird. Be warned horsepower can be addictive!, Very fast and fun car. I love the loping cam and Hot Rod idle which makes this a great attention getter. Exhaust is deep and throaty., 383 V8 Stroker 475hp engine built by Proformance Unlimited November 2010 and installed January 2011- technically this engine came with a 2 year warranty - never asked if it is transferable and has about 5,000 miles since installation, 4-Bolt Main, Hydraulic Rollers, Edelbrock 750 Carb - Electric Choke, Edelbrock Intake, MSD Distributor - Mechanical Advance, MSD Coil, MSD 6AL Electronic Ignition, Chrome timing cover (over chain), Chrome Alternator, Hedman Headers - Ceramic Coated, New Flywheel, Competition Clutch, New Steering box and pump, 3 Row Aluminum Radiator with Aluminum Shroud and 2 10" electric fans - installed June 2012, New Gas Tank (stock), Flowmaster 17201 Header-back System - Dual Rear Exit - American Thunder - Aggressive Sound, 4 Speed Manual BW T10 Transmission, Traction Bars, DVD,USB,Radio and GPS system - installed July 2012, 1650w Crunch Amplifier - installed July 2012 (trunk), American Racing Equipment Wheels - Classic 100-P Series (Torque Thrust) installed June 2012 with new tires, Front Tires - Nexen N3000 215/50/17 mounted on 17x7 wheels - 4" backspace, Rear Tires - Nexen N3000 275/40/17 mounted on 17x9 wheels - 5" backspace, H4 Headlights with LED halo lights, Tail lights are all SuperBright LEDs with new sockets, Walk around Video, Keeping with full disclosure, these items are known issues: - Horn - missing, - emergency brake inoperative - cable not installed to pedal - even my new 67 has no E brake... this must be common?, - Passengers vent window - needs lower mount bolt to be properly operational, - drivers rear window does not go down. Never forced it so not sure why?, - High beam switch need replacement - Included with car - best installed when carpet is installed., $20,550 obo
