Nicely kept example of the popular 66 Impala Convertible. Sold new in Carlisle,PA and came to MD early in its life. Nice straight body with older paint that still shines up pretty good. Some minor rust bubbling on lower rear quarter on drivers side but otherwise very rust free. Chrome is super nice plus glass and rubber trim are excellent. Interior has been recently redone and is correct for car. Dash, door panels, seats and carpets all like new. Power soft top works perfectly and is also new with same color boot. All gauges and warning lights work as they should, plus signals, lights and even radio function well. Horn and clock do not work but we can address for next owner. Has original 283 cubic inch engine which just had a fresh tune and fluids. Trans is rebuilt turbo 350 hydramatic. Brakes and suspension are nice with some slight pulling under hard braking which once again can be addressed for next owner. Has dual exhaust and underneath the car is dry and presentable. Engine and trunk compartments are quite tidy and very correct. Has nice original wire wheels covers and comes with factory owners manuals and copy of build sheet. Car runs and drives exceptionally well and is really going to be a fun ride for its next owner., $15,900
