This car is a 100_ull rotisserie restoration. This is a 440 Magnum car. The transmission is an A833 Hemi 4-speed coupled with a 3:54 Sure grip equipped Dana rear end. Only 4,243 of these were built., The "R/T" package Includes special handling suspension package with heavy-duty torsion bars, heavy-duty shocks, extra heavy-duty rear springs and sway bar. The "S/E" package was one of the new models included in the Charger line-up in ‘69 which consists of: leather front bucket seats, wood-grain dash & floor console, pedal dress-up package, light package, hood mounted turn signals, C-pillar emblems, & 3 spoke wood-grain steering wheel., This car is not your average restoration. Over 600 hours have been devoted to the coachwork to insure that the bodylines are as straight, crisp and symmetrical as when the vehicle emerged from the factory. Joe Hickey, Master Fabricator of Pinkee's Rod Shop in Windsor, Colorado, professionally performed all bodywork. Pinkee's has won many national awards including the Riddler Award., All components, where possible, were removed and restored to original or replaced. 90 r more of all hardware and fasteners were removed and replated or painted as factory original. Pjay's Upholstery of Denver refitted the upholstery, headliner, vinyl top and carpet. Just Dashes refurbished the Dash, and all gauges were restored and recalibrated. Chrome was straightened and re-plated by Sherm's of Sacramento. Significant research and time was devoted to the acquisition of critical, rare date and application correct components, such as the AM/FM solid-state radio, 4617S Carter AVS carburetor, rare power steering fluid cooler, and more. All have been restored to new factory condition. The undercarriage is painted to match the body color, while rubberized undercoating and/or POR has been used liberally in critical weather exposed areas.,, The drive train components are date-coded period correct. All have been rebuilt and restored to factory specifications. Upon completion, the 440 cu. in. High Performance engine was dyno tested at 318 HP and 481 Ft. Lbs. torque at the rear wheels at altitude. As of this posting date, less than sixty miles have been put on the car since total restoration., This is a wonderful investment grade quality car. It has been meticulously restored to factory specifications or better. The only exceptions to factory stock equipment are the upgraded front power disk brakes and Mopar electronic ignition, as well as Goodrich Radial TA's. Neither expense, nor attention to detail has been spared in completion of this Mopar work of art.
