SOLD IN ONE DAY!, The car came from Austin Clark's and was taken off the road in 1921. Car was restored about 25 years ago. About 20 years ago the motor was rebuilt with: bore cyls. New aluminum pistons and rings engine balanced crank turned, plated and turned to standard. New timing gears, modern valves and guides. New valve springs, spark plugs converted to modern style this gives an infinite selection to choose from Modern carb. Modern magneto. Fan converted to modern bearings. Universal converted to a modern style. New transmission output shaft. New ring and pinion, new axles, new original style axle bearings (hyatt) Spelling? Modern seals emergency cast iron brake shoes converted to lined shoes, Car has been on countless tours and is an excellent performer. The 4x4-1/2 engine (as I recall) is WAY under rated at 30 H.P. The EMF uses stampings which are lighter giving the car a superb power to rate ratio. This total brass car has some of the most beautiful lines of the no front door touring car era including dog leg top bows. A true 5 passenger touring car. The rear seat is wider than the front adding function to the pleasing lines. The 108' wheelbase and full eleptic rear springs add to the excellent riding qualities.
