You gotta see this to believe it. A superbly restored, immaculate 1956 Lincoln Premiere convertible. Complete nut-and-bolt restoration from the famed Hibernia Restoration Shop. Over the top in every way, this pristine Premiere is flawless and fabulous. We've literally seen jaws drop when they see this extravagant chrome land yacht sail on by on the road. Perhaps the best one on the planet--this car is that good.,, Restored by the noted HIbernia Restoration. Refreshed in 2011, the car's fuel tank was reconditioned in Canada, a rebuilt carberator and fuel pump. New points, condensors, timing, battery, and spark plugs., All instruments work, including radio, clock, power antenna, blower and all electric windows., For 1957, Lincoln wanted to maintain strong sales but believed it had to compete with the all new Forward Look from Chrysler. Thus, the 1957 Lincoln line sported a Cantilevered Tail fin. The tail fin became the most desired design element of the late 1950's. For Lincoln, 1957 models were the only year a true fin was to be offered. A little know fact is Lincoln actually wanted the fin over 2 inches higher. The designers, however, would not allow it., With original low production numbers and today's survival rate of these vehicles, the 1957 Lincoln Premiere Convertible should grow in value in the future. Very few correctly restored examples exist today., For 1957, the engine has been improved by a higher-compression ratio providing 300 horsepower. Among new optional features are electric door locks, a six-way power seat, power window vents and a directed power differential, which permits the car to move out of mud or snow easily., For many detailed photos, go to: For more information, call Tim at or email [Email Dealer],,, $119,000
