This Maverick Grabber is a real head turner! Be prepared to have lots of people come up to you to ask you about your really cool car. This is a 1971 Ford Maverick Grabber in excellent to mint condition. A full restoration was completed in 2005 by Macaw Autobody in Kelowna British Columbia. The VIN identifies this vehicle as a true Grabber with the true 302 cu in V-8 engine. It has a 2 barrel carb, 9:1 compression, 210 HP. Has the C4 3 speed automatic transmission with floor shifter. The interior is excellent with bucket seats. I doubt there is another Grabber out there is this kind of condition, lovingly restored to stock specifications. Over $45,000 has been invested in this restoration and the vehicle was appraised in 2005 at $22,500 however, that has likely increased due to the demand for these rare vehicles. The purchaser will receive a copy of the appraisal in addition to all of the receipts, restoration progress photos and documentation. For more than 20 years, this vehicle has been my baby and has been treated as such. It is always garaged and only comes out a few times a year for shows.
