Want a textbook example of how to successfully combine the styling and components of a traditional hot rod with modern technology and performance? It was the love of the Art Deco Era that begins with the swooping hand-made Dan Fink polished stainless grill, suggesting a heart shape, between those curvaceous fenders and doors hinged at rear opening in "suicide" fashion that inspired the owner to design and then consign the build of this incredible offering. The intention was to create a car that not only looked good, but would be a driver with all the comfort of a modern vehicle but the look and feel of a hotrod, blending old-school nostalgia with modern technology. The challenge was to bring together a timeless exterior with modern touches and a relaxing, nostalgic and functional interior. The result is a balanced, eye-popping street rod where the exterior flows timelessly into the interior with strict attention to every detail in function and simplicity. All of this, combined with a port fuel injected GM Performance Parts Ram Jet 350 small block engine and TH700-R4 overdrive transmission gets you a whopping 400+ HP with an amazing 26 MPG on pump-gas! This multiple award winning '33 Tudor captures the attention of judges and the public each and every time it is entered into a show.
