1971 CHEVROLET CORVETTE, FREE 5 YEAR/100K WARRANTY!! SEE MORE PHOTOS OF THIS VETTE AND 125+ OTHERS FOR SALE AT WWW.BUYAVETTE.NET! Code correct Brands Hatch Green exterior, code correct Dark Green vinyl interior, white convertible top. NOM 350ci engine, numbers matching 4 speed manual transmission, posi rear-end. Not too many around like this one -- Brands Hatch Green was available only for the 1971 model year, and although it was the second most popular color that year (3,445 units produced), very few of these cars remain today in their original color. Body build code corresponds to December 4, 1970 -- this car must've arrived just in time for Christmas, and certainly would've looked festive with a big red ribbon it! The paint on this car looks great from a few feet away, but does show some minor stress cracks here and there, most notably around the front fender tops and right rear decklid corner. The weather stripping appears to be newer and is soft and pliable. Rally wheels with new trim rings look great on this car, and wear newer radial white letter tires as well. Tail lights are in great shape with no cracks or chips; front chrome bumper shows some pitting and a small chip towards the passenger side. Rear bumpers are newer reproduction units, but are not top-notch quality and show some waves in the finish. Chrome door handles are free from major pitting, but the return springs are starting to show their age. Convertible top is probably a few years old, and still has a fairly clear window and minimal staining, although there is one small split at the rear seam just about the window. Interior in this car looks great overall; seat covers look newer, as do the door panels. Carpet is very nice and also of the correct loop style, but does have some hints of fading. Seatbelts are newer replacements and are in great shape. Steering wheel is nice, but could benefit from some paint on the horn button. There is one small crack near the rear of the forward center console, which is otherwise in relatively good condition. Clock is not working at this time. The engine is this car has a tag riveted over the casting number which reads "Remanufactured by National Engines & Parts Co.". This engine features a vintage Edelbrock Performer intake, as well as an Edelbrock carburetor featuring electric choke, and a set of finned aluminum valve covers. The spare tire and carrier are currently missing; however, the tank sticker appears to still be in place. Ignition shielding is currently missing. Factory features include power steering, AM/FM radio, alarm. FREE 5 YEAR/100K WARRANTY!! $25,900 or 15% down with payments as low as $395/month. W.A.C.
