1959 CHEVROLET IMPALA, 1959 Cherolet Impala Sport Coup with an unusual powertrain combination, 235 Hi-Thrift 6 cylinder witha manual three speed colunm shift. This car was frame-off restored in 1986 with only 22,160 miles and has only been driven on and of trailers to shows,ever since. This vehicle only shows 22,212now. This car has received it's Antique Automobile Club Grand National award in 1990.Its a beautiful color combination of Gothic Gold and Satin Beige (which is actually a copper tone and ivory color.) The interior matched the exterior. The laquer paint is flawless as is the interior and engine compartment which was just freshened up this year.It includes many factory sales literature items and manuals.There is a complete photo album of the restoration process which shows how nice the car was before being restored.must be seen to te appreciated.
