1985 FORD MUSTANG SVO, Here is a nice surviving example of the collaboration between Ford's Mustang build team and the Ford SVO,(Special Vehicle Operations), Team. The SVO Team 's main concern was Ford's racing development. This car is a marriage of what was possible to bring to the street scene with the latest performance technology. This car has a 2.3L OHC 4 cylinder turbocharged engine. The 1985 1/2 model had the greatest horsepower of the three year production run of the SVO. Outfitted with disc brakes on all four corners, a Mustang first, 5 speed manual transmission with a Husrt modified short throw shifter, traction lock axle, sporty suspension, boost gauge, over boost buzzer and over rev. buzzer, you are ready for fun on the street or a hot lap on the track. This car hasbeen lovingly taken care of by a local couple who were very involved in the local Mustang Club with this car and also their 1968 GT Fastback.
