1983 JEEP CJ8, This is an outstanding 1983 Scrambler! Only two owners and absolutely straight and rust free! It has a fuel injected Ford 302 V-8 mated to a 4-speed automatic and a 3.8:1 Atlas transfer case. Rubicon Express 4.5" lift with shackle reverse and a Currie high pinion 9" with ARB and disc brakes in the rear. Front is the Dana 30 with a truetrac. The tires are 35" Goodyear MTR on Mickey Thompson 16" wheels. The interior has a custom dash with all new guages and push-pull cables. Bestop seats and full length soft top. The interior of the tub is sprayed with rhino liner. It has a custom roll cage and custom bumpers. The softop hardware, roll cage and bumpers are powder-coated black. The full hard doors have power windows and all new seals. The jeep was completely stripped down and repainted in BMW Urban Green. All new rubber and plastic parts were used on reassembly. Nothing was taped off and you won't find any overspray anywhere! I have most of the original parts that were removed including the original panel and guages. The Jeep has about 90,000 miles on it but the engine has about 20,000 miles and the rest of the drivetrain has only 12,000 miles. I have the window sticker, owner's manuals and all the work orders and receipts since it was new!
