1978 LINCOLN CONTINENTAL MK V, This Mark V has been kept in its original condition inside and out. It is White with Red pinstripes on the exterior, and has the Burgundy interior package. It is V.I.N. 8Y89S943322 and has 173,843 Miles on the odometer. The Paint is about 1 year old and the body is straight. It has a spot above the driver?s door on the roof that needs to be touched up. A couple of the trim pieces on the exterior are bent and need replacing. The hubcaps are original and the Tires are Continental P235/75R15 Radial Whitewalls. They are about 3 years old and have plenty of tread left on them. There is also a utility trailer hitch mounted under the rear bumper. The Burgundy interior features leather seats, 6-way power driver?s seat, wood grain instrument panel, Cartier dashboard clock, AM/FM stereo, CB Radio with antenna mounted in trunk, power windows, power steering, power brakes, tilt column, cruise control, opera windows, and Cold A/C! The seats are weathered and need recovering. The carpet is faded and probably needs to be replaced. The headliner has a tear that needs repairing. The gas gauge is not currently working (possibly the sending unit), and the driver?s window doesn?t work. Under the gigantic hood is the original 6.6L, 400 CID 2V V-8, with the C-6 Automatic Transmission. It starts up and runs good but is due for a good tune-up. The underside of the car is clean and the exhaust system is in good shape. The Continental comes standard with Four Wheel Power Disc Brakes, Wheelbase 120.4?, Overall Length 230.3?, Width 79.7?, Height 53.0?, Weight 4,652 lbs. Here is your chance to own one of the Best Built Big American Cars of All Time! And with a little TLC you can have her back in Top Shape!
