1929 FORD MODEL A, The Ford Model A was the second huge success for the Ford Motor Company, after its predecessor, the Model T. First produced on October 20, 1927, but not sold until December 2, it replaced the venerable Model T, which had been produced for 18 years. This new Model A (a previous model had used the Model A name back in 1903) was designated as a 1928 model-A. This 1929 Model A Rumble Seat Roadster is finished in a beautiful Bright Blue body with contrasting darker blue fenders and features a Dark red interior. A wonderful restoration with the mechanical work all redone from the frame up and the engine compartment detailed nicely. Despite very little use since its completion, the car always starts quickly and runs beautifully. This highly desirable rumble seat roadster is complete with a rumble seat, dual side mounts, trunk rack, white wall tires, stone guard, side curtains, and motometer. Also correctly restored with a beautiful radiator shell, stone guard and headlights. The motor is smooth and quiet and the transmission shifts through all gears with no issues. With the mechanical work done this car can be driven and enjoyed daily. This car represents an excellent example of a great investment vehicle that can still be driven and enjoyed.
