1964 CHEVROLET CORVETTE, You will always hear someone claiming to have a #1 car for sale. But this is truly as close to a #1 1964 Corvette Sport Coupe that you will see on the road. It has everything done right on. The look and sound that simply says classic Corvette. It is 1 of only 311 built in the Tuxedo Black with white interior. It has been completely documented frame off restored 2,000 miles ago and has been used by NCRS as a reference car for the purpose of training their judges. Easily a 98 point car that is completely numbers matching. The original 327V8 365 hp motor fires off with a quick turn of the key and sounds fantastic. The original 4 speed transmission shifts smoothly and solid. No slop in this car. The suspension is tight and smooth. The original knock off wheels look like new as does all the chrome and stainless. The red line tires are not original to the car, but look just right. The interior has been meticulously restored and everything works including the clock and Wonderbar radio. There is truly not a whole lot more to say about this car. It runs, drives and rides better than new. And certainly rates among the nicest restored Corvettes in the country. A super classic collectors car that is going to nothing but appreciate in value.
