1968 CHEVROLET EL CAMINO SS396, This is an original drivetrain SS398 El Camino WITH factory airconditioning that works well. The entire A/C system was removed and returned to factory new condition, looks great. The transmission has been completely overhauled less than 1,000 miles ago. The rear end has also been overhauled and has 3:50 limited slip gears. The radio is aftermarket, AM/FM with remote 10 disk CD player. I also installed kickpanel speakers but kept the original kick panels The intrument panel has been overhauled and looks great. New windshield with built in antenna. New 2 1/2 inch dual exhaust system. No rust that I can see and I have been all over the car. New air shocks. Arizona has rather strict emission standards and the car passes with no problem. That's probably because I had the heads overhauled, again less than 1,000 miles ago. The car drives great, I have kept it as original as possible, except for the radio.
