1972 CHEVROLET 1 1/2 TON, 1972 Chevrolet C20 Pickup ground up restoration. Truck has only 450 miles since rebuild. Everything is new on it,tach dash, tilt, all new ac components. Engine is 454 cid bored 40 over with 396 close chamber heads, port matched to edelbrock performer manifold, holley avenger 770 cfm carb, dynomax jet hot coat headers, custom 3" flowmaster exhaust system, turbo 350 transmission with a third stage transco shift kit,np 205 transfer case, tom woods custom drive shafts, dana 44 front end with disc brakes, corporate 14 bolt rear end with 4:10 gear ratio, inline tube stainless brake lines, new load calipers, new drums in rear, poly blazer gas tank, rhino lined bed,all new seals, new upper, lower chrome, new bumpers, grille lights, emblems, new modine 4 row radiator, dual optima batteries,flex-a-lite electric fans. All original hardware was replated and truck was assembled after paint, approx $7,000 in paint ( jet black ppg global) with clear over that . Truck was virutally rust free prior to restoration. Only replaced rockers and passenger front fender. Has newer and more comfortable chevy 60/40 bench seat in it, new carpet, new pioneer am/fm cd with mtx 6x9 speakers . 8" skyjacker all spring lift,36"x 16.50x 16.5 dick cepeks fun country kevlars mounted on 16.5 x 12 weld typoons Had back of wheels polished. Frame is painted with a silver gray emeron paint energy suspension body mounts. Have reciepts for about $25,000 just in parts alone. Lots of chrome and polished aluminum, needs only interior door panels(I have originals) and visors Only defect is a small(2") dent near rear cab light. I have been told that it can be easily pulled out. Truck drives like a typical truck with an 8" lift with 36" tires. The engine and transmission is very strong. You can smoke the tires....done once just to check:) This truck is an eye turner and it would definitely win car shows. It is the nicest 1972 Chevy Truck I have seen!
