1966 FORD MUSTANG, 1966 Ford Mustang.289 Automatic. All original interior and body. Interior in excellent condition with no rips, tears, stains etc. Exterior is original color. Could use a new paint job. Was painted 20 years ago when i purchased the car. I am the second owner and the car has never seen rain or any bad weather since i have owned it. Always kept inside when not being driven. Car is solid underneath. The paint is starting to crack after all these years. It was painted with acrilic enamel with an Imron clear coat when i bought the car 20 years ago. All this car needs to make it a really nice sunday driver is a paint job. Could use rear quater panels to make it really nice. It starts right up and does not use/burn oil. I had the carb rebuilt 2 years ago and also put new tires on at that time due to the other ones dry rotting. I no longer have the time to drive the car. I would love to keep it and do all the things to it to make it a real show car but i just dont have the time and i am also trying to buy a house. The price is negotiable. I can explain in more detail about the car if you call me. It is stored at another location but i will gladly show it to you. This will make a nice car or a very solid foundation for a custom/ restoration project. The car also has emissions on it. I had some title research done and was told that the car was taken from the factory to California and run on a test track for about 2000 miles then shipped to Pennsylvania to be sold.
