2001 BMW X5, For sale by owner-2001 BMW X5 with sports package and cold weather package. The X5 has Titanium Silver exterior with black leather interior and light poplar wood trim. I purchased the vehicle as a CPO from BMW of Murray in SLC, UT. It has been dealer maintained and is in great condition. The leather is very clean and shows no major signs of wear or cracking. The sunroof, windows, steering wheel adjustment, and front seats (with memory settings) are power controlled. It has Xenon HID headlights, and the integrated Homelink is programmable for up to three garage door openers. It has dual-climate control in front and air/temperature controls in back. 9V outlets are located in the front, back, and cargo area. Cup holders are located in front and back seats. The cold weather package includes heated seats, front headlight washers, a rear seat ski pass-through (60/40 split folding seats), heated side mirrors, and a windshield fluid reservoir over 2 gallons. The 19" rims with upgraded sport suspension look great and offer excellent handling. There are the expected minor paint chips, etc. that separate it from a brand new X5 on the lot; however, it drives like new. The suspension is tight, the engine is very responsive, and there are no maintenance issues. It has Michelin Latitude HP tires that have a good amount of tread and last longer and perform better all-season than the stock Michelin Diamaris. It does very well over the passes in the winter with ample power and excellent all wheel drive. It is also equipped with a BMW Factory alarm system. I have compared the sale price to other listings and it listed just over what NADA shows to be a clean Trade-In and well under the retail value. It is a comfortable vehicle that we've enjoyed owning. I am selling only to replace it with a newer X5. *Thule racks and satellite radio will be removed prior to sale (wiring/cradle can be left for a new unit if desired).
