1967 CHEVY CAMARO SS CONVERTIBLE, 1967 Chevrolet Camaro convertible. Hugger orange, white interior, white top. 327 cubic-inch, 4-speed. Cold factory A/C converted to 134, power top, power steering, power brakes, dual exhaust, and chrome rally wheels. Recent frame-off restoration. Everything is either new or rebuilt. Simply stunning! Thoroughly inspected by TLD technicians and completely detailed., The first-generation Camaro appeared on September 26, 1966 for the 1967 model year on an all new rear-wheel drive GM F-body platform. It was Chevrolet?s answer to the Mustang from Ford in the oPony Caro segment of the auto industry. Like the Mustang, the Camaro was available as a 2-door coupe with 2+2 seating or convertible. Both a Powerglide automatic transmission, or a 4-speed manual were available to be mated with a 6-cylinder, or choice of several V-8 engines. Smaller in size as well as lighter in weight, the Camaro easily surpassed earlier omuscle carso in handling and acceleration when fitted with similar displacement engines. The 1967-1969 Camaro is easily one of the most recognizable and highly sought-after Pony Cars ever conceived.
