1967 CHEVROLET IMPALA SS, 1967 Chevrolet Impala SS396 2-Door Hardtop in correct Granada Gold with a Gold bucket seat interior and factory Rallye wheels. IMMACULATE MATCHING NUMBERS 4-SPEED SS396 FASTBACK FROM TEXAS WITH ONLY 76,667 MILES!! The matching numbers IA-code 396 / 325 horse engine has been rebuilt and is still fitted with the correct Rochestor Quadrajet carburetor, original intake manifold, correct chrome aircleaner assembly and has been upgraded with a 280 Comp Cam, roller rockers, a Delco electronic ignition, and ceramic coated headers. No mechanical issues; no smoke, no leaks, no noises; and runs nicely on premium pump gas. Fires right up and settles into a lopey idle with a deep aggressive exhaust note from the dual FlowMasters. The matching numbers 4-speed Muncie M20 manual transmission shifts perfectly and the 12-bolt 3.36 rearend provides a nice combination of relaxed cruising and powerful acceleration. Excellent original gold bucket seat interior with the center console and factory Muncie shifter. Very nice original seats, very nice original carpets, very nice original headliner. Excellent dash with no warping and no sunfade on the instruments. Very nice original SS steering wheel with only two very minor hairline cracks (no gapping). The original AM radio is still in place and all instruments, lights, horn, heater, etc. work properly. Excellent body with no dents, no dings, no waves, and I cannot find any body filler anywhere. All gaps are correct and panel fit is factory perfect. Gorgeous paint in correct G-G code Granada Gold in modern acrylic urethane base/clear and then block sanded & buffed to a smooth glossy finish. This is a very nice color that literally glows in bright sunlight. Excellent chrome bumpers front & rear. Excellent front grille and rear tail panel. Excellent brightwork and stainless steel trim. Brand new window whiskers, weatherstripping, and trunk moulding. Excellent glass and all windows operate smoothly. Brand new correct Rallye wheels with the polished trim rings and chrome center caps fitted with P225-70-15 front and big P275-60-15 rear raised-white-letter BFGoodrich T/A Radials. Show detailed trunk; correctly splatter coated and contains the original spare tire and jack assembly. Just professionally detailed, polished, and hand waxed.
