1959 PORSCHE 356 SPEEDSTER, Please Note: Titled as a 1959 Porsche --- While all of our Speedster Re-creations are a blast to drive, this one adds a genuine high performance aspect to the equation. It is fitted with a professionally built CB Performance 2110cc flat-four with mechanical fuel injection that is putting a dyno-proven 150hp to the ground - a serious upgrade over the 60hp the original cars started with. The suspension has been built with custom sway bars, KYB shocks, a TRW steering box, 914 disc brakes, 5-lug wheels, and modern tires while the 3.88 Superdiff transaxle with welded hubs for added reinforcement keeps the party rolling. The attention to detail continues with a Nardi steering wheel, Haartz Stayfast cloth on a genuine Porsche top frame, matching Stayfast cockpit tonneau, a custom audio and alarm system, and too much more to list here. $26,000 in parts plus hundreds of man hours went into this build, and the results are spectacular.
