1976 CADILLAC ELDORADO CONVERTIBLE, 1976 Cadillac Eldorado convertible, pale yellow, matching interior, tan top, big V8 and all the Cadillac luxury items including automatic transmission, power steering, power brakes, power windows, power door locks, cruise control, climate control air conditioning, rear defogger, AM/FM stereo, white wall radial tires and more. This is a lot of car for the money. Set on a 126-inch wheelbase, 224-inches long, the car weighs in at 5167 pounds with a 500 cubic inch V8 engine. Advertised in 1976 as the "last of the convertibles ever to be built" (they lied to us), they nearly doubled the previous year's production with 10,374 units built. Now in our showroom. This car has nice paint, interior, decent chrome and tires. The A/C works but spasmotically and there is a small tear in the top. But look at the price, we are as much as $8000 for compairable Eldos. If you want a buy on a Eldo convertible this is it.
