1966 AC COBRA, This Cobra is a real head turner! Show quality condition throughout. Powered by a 1969 Ford 351W with 340-350 horsepower. Completely rebuilt and bored .030 with MSD Ignition, new (2005) Chromed Alternator & Ceramic-coated headers. Two different sets of Side Pipes come with the car! Classic Cobra side pipes, plus an extra set of louder side pipes, which have internal baffles on a threaded rod that can be adjusted to customize your engines sound. The transmission is a Ford C-4 Automatic that is built-up to handle the engines horsepower. Custom aluminum radiator intake shroud, transmission cooler & oil cooler. Mustang II Suspension, Ford 9-inch rear end with 3.55 gearing & high performance shocks all around with 4-wheel disc brakes. Show Quality Dark Red with light Gray Metallic Stripes paint job. The paint wraps the edges of all body parts for a complete finish! The under body and frame are painted in a semi-gloss black. The Fiberglass body is by LA Exotics Auto Manufacturing; B & B Manufacturing now owns molds. The hood, trunk and doors all close perfectly to leave uniform gap all around. It has been in 6 car shows and took 1st Place in 5 of them, and took one 2nd Place trophy to a Cobra that had over $150K invested in it and had never been driven, only trailored. Most notable win being a 1st Place for Best Handcrafted Car at the 1997 AHA (American Hotrod Association) Custom Handcrafted car show held at Knotts Berry Farm California. The Cobra is in excellent condition and also comes with a black vinyl convertible top. ~ SOLD ~
