They sure don't build them this way anymore. Is that a good thing or bad thing - you decide. One thing is for sure whether rod or street it will be different from anything out there. Still lots of parts available on the net. The car runs but it will need the usual tune-up. Obviously it needs a total restoration, unless you have some really understanding girl friend or wife.
