1965 FORD MUSTANG, This 1965 Mustang was built March 15, 1965 in Dearborn Michigan. It is painted in new technology polar white (Ford code- 9D). Under the hood sports a V-8 289 CI engine coupled to C-300 automatic transmission (rebuilt in 1990). This Mustang has all new outside chrome, original parts, bumpers, door handles, trunk lock, all new original fenders (Ford manufactured), Rebuilt original starter, rebuilt alternator (1994), installed Mustang styled wheels, and a refurbished trunk area with dress up kit. The engine compartment restoration was completed in 1994. A few of the items worked on include: firewall and inside of fenders bead blasted and repainted to original color, new wiring harness, plug wires, voltage regulator, coil & coil wires; new master cylinder & stainless steel brake lines; new chrome air cleaner unit and new filter 2003; engine valve covers, cobra aluminum covers (1965 dealer option); refurbished power steering pump and reservoir unit, springs, hood closer, chock towers; replaced exhaust manifold manual choke with automatic electronic choke, and new engine compartment decals. The rebuilt engine has 9,500 miles and drive train parts have 2,000-2,500.
